Please bring the EU Pet Passport for your dog(s) to check-in.
Please bring any open payment in cash and, if possible, the correct amount.
Please keep your dogs on leash on and around the event area and give other teams enough space. Please also pick up after your dogs. Dog waste bags are available on the club grounds.
The final start lists and final schedule will be sent by email on Thursday evening.
Teams that qualify for the EC at the Last Chance Qualifier can check in for the EC on Friday evening.
EC shirts can be collected after check-in at the stand of our long-time AWI sponsor Borderline-Shop, with Conny and Jürgen.

The first information email for the Last Chance Qualifier 2026 and the Ashley Whippet Invitational European Championship 2026 has been sent to all registered players.

The email contains important information about your registration. Please check in particular:
your registered starts
your camping bookings
for the EC, your Players Dinner booking
the T-shirt size in your player profile
After logging in, you can review your registration on the respective event page via “My Registration” and, if necessary, edit or cancel it.
Player Country Flags
Players are now shown with country flags in many lists, making it easier to see at a glance which country they represent.
The flag is set automatically based on the player’s country of residence. If a player represents a different country, they can change their flag by selecting their nationality in their profile.
A white flag means that the player could not yet be clearly linked to a registered player profile. This may happen if the player has not registered in the system yet, or if there is no clear connection between the list entry and the player profile.
This update makes the site clearer, more international, and more useful for players, organizers, and spectators.
Registration Back Online
Registration on the AWI Europe homepage is open again. After many fake account sign-ups, new accounts now require email verification before they can be used.
Also updated in the live system:
- admins can temporarily enable/disable public registration
- inactive fake accounts can be safely removed by admins/owners
- password reset and password change functions are restored
- player/dog admin overview now shows active/inactive status more clearly
- admins/owners can delete inactive users directly from the player/dog overview
- judge requests can now be accepted or declined
- judge requests, judge suggestions and judge data are better documented
- scoring, scoresheets, rankings, tiebreaks and event completion are documented in more detail
- documentation now has a keyword catalog, search, and clearer multilingual help pages
Existing users keep their accounts and do not need to verify retroactively.

Public registration on the AWI Europe homepage is temporarily closed due to technical maintenance. We are working on it and will reopen registration as soon as possible.
Update is coming
A major update will be rolled out during the night of August 13–14.
The update includes several minor bug fixes as well as a major overhaul of the dashboard and dog management section. These changes are intended to make it even easier and more intuitive for you to manage and keep your information up to date.
During the update, there may be some temporary synchronization issues. If you make any changes to your data and/or register for a competition during this time, please check afterwards that everything has been saved correctly in the system.
Judging Sandbox
Judges can now test score entry and various other features in a sandbox environment.
This test environment will also be made available to other users of the AWI Europe website over the next few days.
Access to the sandbox is available through the dashboard.
An Update Is Coming
The upcoming update will include several visual and functional changes.
Among other things, I have revised the process for adding and editing your dogs. I have also made several smaller improvements to the layout and user experience.
There may be brief interruptions while the update is being installed.
Test Dogs and Other Experiments
Please note: Dogs created for testing purposes cannot be permanently deleted afterwards.
Each dog is assigned a unique ID that is used throughout the entire system, including qualifications, registrations, start lists, and scoring lists. Deleting a dog could therefore also remove important links and entries from other parts of the system.
To prevent these problems, the delete function is disabled. Instead, you can mark a dog as inactive.
In the coming days, all registered users will receive access to a separate test environment. There you will be able to carry out such experiments and try additional functions without affecting the data in the live system.
Domain Change and Login Issues
The website is now available again at https://www.ashleywhippet.eu.
If you registered while the website was still hosted at test.bjoern-tigges.de, your device may have saved your login details for the old domain. Because of this, automatic login may not work on the new website.
Simply log in again using the same email address and password you used on the test website.
Documentation for Judges and Hosts
Judges and event hosts now have access to almost complete documentation covering the entire website. This should make technical tasks, event applications, event management, and judging easier and more straightforward.
Multilingual
Most parts of the AWI Europe website are now available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, and Slovenian.
If a translation is missing or not yet fully correct, the English version will be displayed instead.
Public Player Profiles
If a player enables this feature in their dashboard, visitors can view the player’s first name, last name, country, dogs, titles, qualifications, and social media links, provided these have been added to the profile.
Contact details and internal account information are not displayed.
A player profile can only be accessed by clicking the player’s name in one of the lists, such as All Qualified Players or All Champions.
The new website is online.
We are currently in the final testing phase, so there may still be occasional minor disruptions, functional changes, or updates.
